Graham is an experienced and accredited Infrastructure Projects Authority (IPA) Gateway Reviewer leading Gateway and Assurance Reviews for a wide range of programmes and projects, providing detailed recommendations for business case improvement and Accounting Officers.

Graham was Non-Executive Director & Chair Audit & Risk Committee (ARC), South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE) for seven years between 2006 – 2013, during which time he:

• Oversaw unqualified audit opinion during tenure as Chair, Audit & Risk

• Enhanced, revised and embedded new risk management and control regime

• Strengthened the ARC through appointment of external independent directors

• Oversaw tendering process for internal audit function                                           

 

Graham is expert in helping clients realise value for money from change, transformation and investment programmes in both the public, private and health sectors and specialises in aligning programmes, projects and policies with strategic objectives, managing senior stakeholders, mentoring, coaching, chairing boards and gaining consensus.
